Terms & Conditions for ICL Cricket Trials:

By registering for the ICL Cricket Trials, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility Criteria
   Participants must meet the age and skill level requirements for the specific trial they are applying for. Detailed eligibility criteria can be found on the trial registration page.

2. Registration and Fees
   All players must complete the online registration form and submit the required documents. Trial fees must be paid as per the guidelines provided. Payments are non-refundable, except in specific cases as outlined in our refund policy.

3. Medical Fitness
   All participants must submit a valid medical fitness certificate from a licensed healthcare professional, confirming that the player is physically fit to participate in the trials and training.

4. Code of Conduct
   Participants are expected to maintain the highest level of sportsmanship and follow the ICL Cricket Trials Code of Conduct. Disruptive behavior, use of foul language, or unsportsmanlike actions will result in immediate disqualification from the trial process.

5. Injury Disclaimer
   ICL Cricket Trials takes every precaution to ensure safety during trials. However, participants engage in trials at their own risk. ICL is not liable for any injuries sustained during the trial sessions. Players must follow all injury prevention rules to minimize risks.

6. Photographs and Videos
   By participating in the trials, players consent to the use of their photographs, videos, and other media for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing materials. Players can request to opt-out of specific media usage by notifying us in writing.

7. Selection Process
   The selection process is at the sole discretion of the Selection Committee. ICL Cricket Trials reserves the right to accept or reject any application based on performance, eligibility, and trial results.

8. Data Privacy
   We respect your privacy. All personal and performance data provided during registration will be kept confidential and only used for the purpose of trial registration, communication, and selection.

9. Trial Cancellation
   ICL Cricket Trials reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trials due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or logistical challenges. In such cases, registered participants will be notified in advance.

10. Refund Policy
    Trial fees are non-refundable once paid, except in cases of trial cancellation or rescheduling by ICL Cricket Trials. Refunds will only be processed according to our specified refund policy.

11. Intellectual Property
    All content, including website design, logos, and intellectual property associated with ICL Cricket Trials, is owned by the organization. Participants are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the content without prior written consent.

12. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country/state where ICL Cricket Trials operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled according to the applicable laws.

13. Amendments
