T20ICL conducts open cricket talent hunt trials categorized into structured age brackets to ensure fair competition and accurate skill evaluation:

• Under-12 (U12): Grassroots foundation trials evaluating basic batting stance, grip, bowling run-up, and fielding reflexes.
• Under-14 (U14): Technique evaluation for school and district level cricketers covering match temperament.
• Under-16 (U16): Intensive net trials assessing power hitting, bowling variations, pace speed, and game awareness.
• Under-19 (U19): Junior championship pathways for colts and district performers aiming for state selections.
• Under-24 & Open Seniors: Advanced match simulations and performance evaluation for senior club cricketers.

T20ICL organizes selection camps across 28 Indian States and 8 Union Territories. Key active cricket trial hubs include:

• North Zone: Delhi NCR DDCA Zone, Rajasthan (Jaipur, Jodhpur), Haryana (Gurugram, Rohtak), Punjab (Chandigarh, Ludhiana).
• Central & East Zone: Uttar Pradesh (Lucknow, Kanpur, Noida), Bihar (Patna, Gaya), Jharkhand (Ranchi, Jamshedpur), West Bengal (Kolkata).
• West & South Zone: Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Surat), Maharashtra (Mumbai, Pune), Karnataka (Bangalore), Telangana (Hyderabad), Tamil Nadu (Chennai).

All evaluations are strictly merit-first and supervised by certified cricket coaches and former state players:

• Top-Order & Middle-Order Batsmen: Footwork, head position, backlift, shot execution (drives, cuts, pulls, lofted shots against pace and spin), defense balance, and strike rotation capability.
• Fast Bowlers & Medium Pacers: Arm action legality, run-up rhythm, release velocity, seam alignment, swing control (inswing/outswing), yorker accuracy, and bouncer execution.
• Spin Bowlers (Off / Leg / Left-Arm): Grip, revolutions on the ball, drift, turn off the pitch, variation bowling (googly, flipper, doosra, arm ball), and line-and-length control.
• Wicketkeeper Batsmen: Glove work, body positioning, gathering low takes, reaction speed to spin edges, stumping agility, and aggressive middle-order batting.
• All-Rounders: Dual skill efficiency under pressure and athletic ground fielding.

Players must arrive at the trial ground 30 minutes before their scheduled reporting slot and carry:

1. Dress Code: Cricket whites or athletic tracksuit with sports shoes or rubber spikes.
2. Personal Safety Kit: Batsmen and wicketkeepers should bring their personal batting pads, gloves, helmet, thigh guard, and abdominal guard. Season leather balls, net facilities, and practice stumps are provided by T20ICL at the ground.
3. Required Documents: One government-authorized identity and age verification proof (Aadhaar Card, Birth Certificate, or School ID) and two passport-sized color photographs.

Selected players from phase 1 net evaluations advance to phase 2 zonal selection camps and practice matches. Top performing cricketers receive official selection letters, customized colored match kits, professional coaching mentorship, and roster spots in regional T20 tournaments and state league selection camps (including guidance for UP T20 League, Ranji Trophy Trial Preparation, and district championships).

When filling out the online registration form, select your home state and choose "Other / Enter my city" to type your town or district name. Our central trial coordinators will allocate the closest regional stadium or venue and provide travel and reporting instructions.
