Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Players must meet specific age requirements (e.g., under 19, under 23) according to the competition category.
Nationality/Residency: Some ICL trials require players to come from a specific country or region or hold permanent residency.
Player Status: Players must not hold contracts or obligations with other competing organizations.
Affiliation: Players must belong to a recognized cricket club or association.
Registration Requirements
Players must complete the registration form with accurate personal details, cricketing history, and prior performance.
Players must submit all required documents, including identity proof and medical certificates, along with their registration.
Players must pay registration fees, if applicable, by the specified deadline.
Code of Conduct
Players must follow the Code of Conduct by maintaining professionalism, respecting teammates, opponents, and officials, and demonstrating ethical behavior.
Organizers may suspend or disqualify players who violate the Code of Conduct.
Player Selection Process
Selectors evaluate players based on trial performance, including skills, fitness, and mental toughness.
Organizers make final selection decisions.
Players may need to participate in multiple rounds of trials or assessments.
Player Responsibilities
Availability: Players must attend all trial sessions, training, and tournament matches if selected.
Health and Fitness: Players must maintain physical fitness throughout the competition.
Equipment and Gear: Players must provide their own cricket gear, including bats, pads, and protective equipment as required.
Medical and Safety
Players must submit a medical certificate from a registered doctor verifying their health and fitness to participate.
Organizers implement proper safety measures, including medical staff and insurance, but players assume responsibility for any injuries sustained during trials or matches.
Media and Image Rights
By participating, players grant organizers permission to use their image, name, and performance data for promotions, media coverage, advertisements, and official websites.
Players must attend media events, photo shoots, or press conferences as required by the tournament.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Players who wish to withdraw must notify organizers within the specified time frame.
Organizers clearly state whether registration fees are non-refundable.
Organizers may disqualify players who withdraw without proper notice or violate the terms.
Disqualification and Suspension
Organizers may disqualify or suspend players for violating the Code of Conduct, not complying with trial requirements, or behaving unethically.
Organizers may take disciplinary action as needed, including issuing permanent bans from future ICL events.
Intellectual Property
The organizing body owns all ICL intellectual property, including logos, names, and trademarks.
Players, teams, and third parties may not use ICL intellectual property without authorization.
Privacy and Data Protection
Organizers collect and use players’ personal data only for ICL trials, tournament management, and communications.
Organizers store and protect player data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Player can register for only one category U 14 to U 24.
Participant will have to take care of his/her all valuable things; organizer will not be responsible for loss or damage of any property, or any physical injury to any participant during the entire event. However, best efforts will be made to provide first aid services at the venue.
Participant will have to come in his white cricket uniform and bring his own Addhar-Card along with 2 Passportsize Photo.Selector’s decision will be the final and, no correspondence or dispute will be entertained. The organizer reserve the right to admission at the venue. Precautionary measures have been taken for certain incidents. However, the organizers are not responsible for any weather conditions.

Selection of candidates will be informed through either telecommunications/newspapers/Email/SMS or short listed printout at the venue itself.
Cricketer shall be debarred if false particulars are furnished.
